The news about DEZHOU instruments purchase the national semiconductor's plan had become "topic of the town",but the U.S.national semiconductor has not give a definite reply,China national semiconductor given the "answer" about this thing at yesterday.

The America national semiconductor through the shareholders' meeting,the common stock of shareholders  who hold 75.1% common stock agree with the  merger,the merge will be finished by the end of this year.

Early,DEZHOU instruments have already announced that will use $6.5 billion to purchase the America national semiconductor,there are professionals think this is chip manufacturers "scale for survival", DEZHOU instruments weather will become better after merger,we expect of it.
